International Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Possible delays may occur due to holidays.

International Delivery Times

International orders typically arrive within 6–20 business days, depending on destination and the shipping service selected. Some remote locations may take up to 30 business days.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship internationally via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The carrier used depends on package weight and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. STIICH Styles® LLC has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Delivery & Package Security

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), STIICH Styles® LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Your Responsibility: When the carrier leaves your package, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for packages stolen from delivery locations after the carrier has completed delivery.

Protect Your Delivery: We strongly encourage all international customers to:

  • Track your shipment using the tracking number provided
  • Arrange to be available when your package is scheduled for delivery
  • Provide a safe and accurate delivery address
  • Add specific delivery instructions during checkout
  • Request signature confirmation at checkout if concerned about package security (additional fee applies)

If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. STIICH Styles® LLC cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
