Return & Refund Policy – Domestic Orders (U.S.)

At STIICH Styles® LLC, your satisfaction matters. Please review our updated policy:

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery

Eligibility
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If you paid using Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or PayPal, your refund will follow the provider's guidelines. Your installment balance will be adjusted automatically once the refund is processed. For Klarna-specific return shipping details, see below.

Return Shipping for Non-Klarna Orders

For non-Klarna purchases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your original shipping fee. Any remaining shipping amount will be refunded along with your product cost.

For items purchased using Klarna:

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Socks and undergarments must be unopened and unused for sanitary reasons
  • Klarna returns include free return postage
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges and restocking fees do not apply to Klarna purchases

Non-Returnable Items

  • Socks and undergarments (due to hygiene standards)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Here's how exchange shipping works:  

  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your exchange (covered by your original shipping fee)
  • We can exchange your item for the same or similar item of equal value (subject to availability).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • We'll ship your replacement item to you at no additional charge
  • Socks and undershirts are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • We’ll review your claim and resolve the issue promptly.

Sizing Responsibility

"Not sure about your size? Contact us at support@getstiich.com before ordering—we're happy to help! Standard return eligibility applies to size-related returns."

Customers are responsible for confirming their size prior to purchase. Size-related returns follow our standard return policy.


Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, socks and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Custom items, gift cards, and personal care goods are also non-returnable.


International Returns – Refunds Only

For orders shipped outside the United States, we accept returns for refunds only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Duties and Taxes:
Original import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not refundable by STIICH Styles® LLC. You may contact your local customs office to ask if these charges can be reclaimed.

Approval Required:
Please email support@getstiich.com to request approval before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Unapproved Returns:
Packages sent without proper customs documentation or marked “cash on delivery” will be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getstiich.com with photos of the item. We will review your claim and issue a refund if approved.
